As an award winning Hotel, the role would be perfect for someone with previous mixology experience, ideally from a hospitality background, looking to take their career to the next step. The role is suited to someone with a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing a high end customer experience.

Cocktail Bartender Mixologist responsibilities to include;

• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages.
• Creating and assisting the Cocktail Bar Manager, with developing new cocktail recipes.
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
• Providing the highest of customer service.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Demonstrating a passion for the mixology industry, with an eager approach to progress.
