We are seeking a Maternity Cover Office Coordinator to join our Rapport team at one of our client's office at Swindon. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the office, supporting the client with various duties, managing the reception areas.
Our client is a leading global tech company, specializing in consumer electronics. They manufacture and market mobile communication and media devices, personal computers, and portable digital music players, along with a variety of related software and online services. Headquartered in California, US, this company offers a unique opportunity to engage with facilities management and reception coordination at a prestigious and innovative organisation.
Our team consists of an Office Coordinator who works closely with the Facilities Manager and the on-site janitor. Together, they ensure that the office, which houses approximately 80 employees, remains well-maintained and functional. Our employees enjoy a close-knit atmosphere, fostering strong relationships and collaborative work practices.
This role is a full-time, fixed-term, maternity cover (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday, covering shifts from 8:30 AM to 5 PM as per the client’s needs.
