What's involved?
As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will lead shifts in a coffee shop which serves around 700 customers per day; mainly coffee and grab & go food. You will help to train and motivate a team, ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, cashing up, and will offer the professional and efficient service at all times.
