Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high -quality psychological therapy across our client sites. The successful candidate will assess, treat, and support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions using evidence -based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments.
  
• Develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans.
  
• Provide one -to -one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions.
  
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Provide psychoeducation and promote recovery and wellbeing.
  
• Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards.
  
• Participate in clinical supervision, training, and continuous professional development.
  
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and organisational policies.
