COINS Support Analyst

A very well established, London based construction company require an experienced COINS ERP Analyst to join their Business Systems / IT team.

The COINS ERP Support Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for the organization’s COINS ERP system. This role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining COINS ERP functionality, collaborating with end-users to optimize the system, and ensuring smooth integration with other business processes.

He or she will ideally have good experience of supporting or working with the COINS ERP software and will be ready to enjoy a mix of business as usual and change / project related work. The company offers a good salary range and benefits package and some working flexibility, as this is a hybrid role.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing difficulties with the COINS ERP system.
• Assist in user training and ensure proper documentation for system usage.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and other materials to improve user understanding and productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for the COINS ERP system to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business units to understand user needs and ensure the COINS ERP system supports business processes.
• Monitor COINS ERP system performance and recommend enhancements or modifications where necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, commercial and operations to ensure the COINS ERP system aligns with business objectives.
• Coordinate with COINS ERP vendors for troubleshooting, updates, and escalated issues.
• Ensure effective communication between the team and end-users to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and any ongoing issues.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, user activity, and helpdesk ticket trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to data and security within the COINS ERP system.
• Participate in COINS ERP testing for new modules, configurations, and updates.
• Assist with the implementation of COINS ERP system upgrades or changes.
