Are you an empathetic communicator who believes in fair, customer-focused outcomes? Join our client s expanding Collections Operations team and make a real difference helping customers find affordable repayment solutions while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

As a Collections Advisor you will
Engage customers via phone, email, SMS and letters to discuss outstanding balances

• Negotiate fair, affordable repayment plans in line with client guidelines
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer contacts efficiently
• Record and update customer information accurately in Debtrak
• Administer rule-based trace instructions according to policy
• Ensure every interaction meets FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture

Collections Advisor attributes

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A fair-minded, empathetic approach to customer support
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet regulatory standards
• Resilience and confidence handling sensitive conversations
• Previous experience in collections, contact centres or financial services is a plus but not essential
