About the Role
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts (B2B), ensuring timely payments and reducing outstanding debt. You will proactively contact customers by phone and email, resolve queries, and agree payment arrangements in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact customers to discuss and agree payment solutions.
* Handle inbound queries and resolve disputes promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions.
* Prioritise workload to meet agreed KPIs and service levels.
* Escalate complex cases when necessary.
* Support customers in financial difficulty with appropriate solutions.
* Identify and implement process improvements.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in outbound telephony role or financial services
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritise tasks.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to support customers in financial difficulty.
* Knowledge of debt management best practices.
Desirable:
Experience in a telephony-based collections role
