Harnham is putting forward an exciting opportunity to create real change working within a smaller credit risk team as a Collections Strategy Analyst. You'll be working alongside a team of analysts and report to the Collections Manager.

The Company

The company in particular is an online retailer with a credit risk department, meaning you'll be able to benefit from a challenging yet rewarding environment. Currently, the company is very invested in growth and is in the process of a new product launch.

The Role

As a Collections Strategy Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and managing collections strategies. You'll also be involved in various other projects, including, monitoring and reporting on customer arrears - providing insights and actions - and have the opportunity to support other teams within the credit risk space.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience driving insight in Collections Analytics
• Strategy/Insights experience
• Credit risk experience in either Consumer lending, Insurance, or Telecomms
• SQL proficiency
