College Dean (TVET) - Riyadh

m2r Education are supporting this technical college in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who require a Dean.

As the Academic Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic trajectory of the academy. Leveraging your extensive academic experience, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative curricula that align with industry best practices and emerging technologies. You will lead a team of dedicated faculty members, to cultivate a dynamic learning environment, conducive to educational excellence.

Requirements:

• Technical vocation and training background essential - This is NOT an EAL role.
• Master of Education (essential) and Business Administration (desirable). Qualifications MUST be from the UK.
• Proven track record of academic leadership, curriculum development and program accreditation
• First-rate leadership skills and the ability to develop the teaching staff
• Ability to work collegially with diverse stakeholders (e.g., students, faculty, administration, alumni, community, and professional partners)
• Strategic Programme Management experience
• Visionary mindset with a passion for advancing educational technology
• Experience working in the KSA and/or the Levant
• Experience in managing compliance with HE policies would be beneficial
