Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Location: Pontypridd (Cardiff office)
Salary: £35,000

The Cardiff office is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, led by a highly respected senior broker, a long-term family friend of the owner, who has been appointed to rebuild and strengthen the Welsh operation.
This is a unique chance for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to become an integral part of a close-knit team, helping to shape the future of the office while enjoying the support and stability of a larger, family-run business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Servicing and supporting a varied portfolio of commercial clients.
• Working closely with the Senior Broker to build and retain a strong book of business in Wales.
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business administration.
• Providing excellent client service, ensuring cover is comprehensive and competitively placed.
• Playing a key role in the growth and success of the Pontypridd office.
