Fully supported by the top broking team in the Scottish market, you'll be given the platform to operate either as a cross class Executive or to embark on a specialism if you choose to do so.

It's a salaried role here with a base between £50k and £80k plus benefits and car allowance.

But, you'll benefit from an incentive scheme which will offer you flexibility to be rewarded in share options or cash as you develop your own portfolio.

It's a lucrative arrangement which can see you make some serious returns after only a couple of years in the business.

You'll have every bit of support you'll need from inhouse claims, admin, technical broking, marketing and wider services such as EB and risk management; all there to help you deliver an enhanced service to your clients.
