Commercial Account Executive - Renewals

Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established brokerage in Milton Keynes. This is a renewal-only role - no new business - focused on managing an existing portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, overseeing the full renewal process from start to finish.

Handle all renewal-related tasks including reviewing cover, negotiating with insurers, and issuing revised terms.

Build strong client relationships, providing a high standard of service and advice.

Use Acturis to maintain accurate records, process MTAs, generate documentation, and track renewals.

Work closely with Account Handlers and Insurers to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client outcomes.

Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal quality standards.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a Commercial Account Executive or similar broking role, with a focus on renewals.

Strong working knowledge of Acturis is essential.

Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products and market practices.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple renewals and deadlines.

Cert CII or working towards (preferred but not essential).
