£27,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

About the opportunity

My client are on the lookout for a Commercial Account Handler to join their brand new Norwich office – This is a newly created role to support the Director, who brings a wealth of insurance experience and big ambitions for their Norwich base.
They are looking for an organised handler to help build and shape the branch. The director will be focused on client relationships – you’ll be the one holding things together behind the scenes.

About You:

You’ve got a couple of years’ experience handling commercial insurance, ideally across a range of SME clients.
You’re confident working independently – especially in the early days while the team builds.
You’re well-organised, admin-savvy, and love keeping things on track.
You’re looking for the next step – maybe you’re early in your career and want room to grow, or you're already experienced and want to make your mark in something new.

What’s on Offer:

Salary: £27,000–£35,000 (flexible for the right person)
Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays
Pension: 4% employee / 3% employer
Private Medical: Premiums covered for you (option to add family)
Death in Service / Group Life cover (post-probation)
Cert CII sponsorship & training support
Hybrid working: 2 days in-office
No parking – but central location
