Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Location: Newbury
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (flexible depending on experience and location)
Benefits: Hybrid working (2 days from home), flexible working hours reviewed biannually, income bonus of 10% uncapped

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle renewals and place commercial portfolios with insurers: Ensuring continuity and value for clients
• Support a range of Account Executives based on your product knowledge: Enhancing service delivery across teams
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across locations: Ensuring seamless communication and client support
• Manage SME to corporate clients across sectors: Offering variety and challenge in daily work
• Engage with complex risks in property, haulage, and civil engineering: Developing technical strength and credibility

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general commercial insurance
• Background in commercial combined, PI, and Cyber (Acturis essential)
• Experienced with GWP from £30k-£40k+
• Exposure to large property owners, hauliers, or civil engineering clients
• Confident, team-orientated, and chartered or working towards CII qualifications
