We’re working with an independent brokerage in Leicester (part of a global group) to find Commercial Account Handlers across Real Estate and General Commercial teams. With premiums ranging from £8,000 - £20,000 GWP, you’ll gain exposure to substantial commercial accounts from day one and no two days will be the same.
Whether you're a recent graduate, career-changer, or an experienced handler, the focus here is on attitude, enthusiasm, and people skills. If you're passionate about building a career, you’ll be supported all the way.

The Role

• Supporting account executives with client servicing and renewals.
• Handling a mix of mid-market and large commercial clients (average GWP £8,000–£9,000).
• Day-to-day use of Acturis to process policies and documentation.
• Real Estate OR General Commercial lines
• Building relationships with insurers and clients.
• Opportunity to grow into a client-facing Account Executive role.

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career in broking.
• Insurance experience not essential for entry-level (£25k–£28k); full training provided.
• Ideal for graduates or those looking to switch into a professional services career.
