The Commercial Account Handler role:

In your role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional service to an extensive list of Commercial clients. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, handle queries, renewals, and new business to ensure that clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in an Account Handler role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Experience of Acturis is essential and CII qualifications would be highly desirable.
• An organised individual able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
