Commercial Account Handler

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling client renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments like a pro
• Building strong insurer relationships and negotiating competitive quotes
• Spotting cross-sell opportunities and advising clients on risk management
• Keeping your client files clean, compliant and up to date
• Supporting claims and ensuring clients get fast, accurate responses
• Keeping aged debtors in check and ensuring payment solutions work for your clients

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in commercial insurance
• Strong broking skills and confident with Acturis (must-have!)
• Great communication and relationship-building chops
• Highly organised, self-driven, and never misses a deadline
• You're solutions-focused and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team
• Diploma in Insurance (or working towards it - we’ll back you all the way)
