Commercial Account Handler

About the Role:

You'll work closely with Account Executives and directly with clients to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance policies, ensuring smooth renewals, efficient service, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy servicing
• Supporting Account Executives with new business activity
• Preparing and issuing policy documents and renewal terms
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and provide tailored cover
• Providing clients with prompt, professional advice across a range of commercial risks

About You:

• Experience in a commercial insurance role (broker or insurer side)
• Strong working knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident building relationships with clients and insurers alike
• Experience using Acturis is a bonus but not essential
• Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred but not required)
