This isn't your typical Corporate Insurance role. You'll be working with their largest Corporate Clients, handling everything from renewals to new business, all whilst being part of a close-knit team that celebrates wins together.

We're working with a successful Commercial Insurance Broker who are looking for their next Corporate Account Handler.

Key Responsibilities as Commercial Account Handler

• Manage the complete administration of Corporate client insurance programmes
• Handle client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general enquiries with professionalism
• Conduct market exercises to secure competitive terms for clients
• Negotiate with Insurers and present renewal options to clients
• Ensure all documentation meets contract certainty requirements
• Manage premium collection in accordance with company procedures
• Process policy adjustments including Insurer notifications and premium collections
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across different Insurance products
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments as required

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial insurance account handling
• Strong knowledge of main commercial insurance classes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Effective negotiation and broking abilities
• Capability to analyse client information and respond appropriately
