This independent broker in Cheltenham is growing fast - and they're looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to take the reins of an established desk.

You'll join a team of 22, working with a large portfolio of SME property clients (mainly blocks). Whether you're more suited to renewals/DA or new business, they're open. It's about finding the right fit.

The admin? Sorted. You'll be supported by a dedicated admin team, so you can focus on your clients. You'll also be trained on a light-touch part of the underwriting process (just acceptance and rates).

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of Commercial Property clients
• Building long-term relationships and delivering excellent service
• Driving new business or leading renewals (depending on the role)
• Working with internal teams to hit goals and keep things compliant

What you'll need:

• Commercial Property insurance experience
• Strong communicator who builds trust easily
• Someone who thrives in a service-led, collaborative environment
• Cert CII (or working towards - full funding and support available)
