Commercial Account Handler

As an Account Handler, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their insurance portfolios, and supporting the team in delivering bespoke insurance solutions. Working collaboratively with Account Executives, you will help to retain and grow client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Your role will be vital in driving operational excellence and contributing to the success of our Leamington Spa team.

About You

• We’re looking for a dynamic and organised individual with a proven background in insurance account handling.
• You have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Ideally, you’ll have experience in commercial insurance and knowledge of the following classes of insurance - Property, Casualty, Motor, Professional Negligence including Cyber and Management Liability for a variety of trades/industries.
• Aligned with strong understanding of compliance requirements, but most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow within our team.
