Commercial Account Handler

We are delighted to be supporting a highly successful and well-established insurance broker in their search for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their expanding team. This is a brand-new role, reflecting the company’s growth and continued success.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of seven professionals, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued, and your career progression encouraged. Based in Bromley, this is a full-time office-based role.

Your role will include:

• Providing a complete insurance service to existing and new commercial clients including- renewals, MTAs, etc.
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and technical excellence in all aspects of your work.

About you:

• Ideally a strong commercial insurance experience across a broad range of products (however, candidates with more limited experience will still be considered).
• CII qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong technical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn and develop further.
• Proactive to delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

You will be office-based working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm, supporting and managing clients and their needs.
