The successful candidate will work alongside an existing Management Accountant and report directly to the Finance Director. The role will focus on delivering high-quality management accounts and cost accounting insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Cost accounting and financial performance reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive financial efficiency

• Proven experience in management accounts and cost accounting
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
