Commercial Accountant

We are working exclusively with a leading multinational business based in Redhill with onsite parking has a current vacancy for an experienced Commercial Accountant to join their high calibre finance team based. A hands on busy role encompassing financial control coupled with cash management, you will report into the Head of Finance, assisting them with ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. Applicants might be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or can be qualified by experience, but you must be willing to work 5 days in the office and be able to demonstrate a stable career history to date. This is an excellent opportunity to adapt existing skills and grow within a highly professional, successful and supportive company.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for the daily cash flow operation
• Assisting with management information and help with identifying and recommending improvements to finance processes
• Responsible for the treasury activities, including investing surplus funds and protecting foreign exchange risk
• Assist the Head of Finance is represent the finance function to the board members and stakeholders
• Any additional ad hoc duties that arise

Key skills required:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA - Qualified or Qualified by Experience
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Extensive Cash Management / Treasury experience
• Extensive multi-currency experience
