Commercial Administrator

• Part-time: 30 hours per week

Join one of the UK’s largest distributors as a Commercial Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities through meticulous administration and effective customer and supplier engagement.

• Maintain accurate customer contract terms in alignment with business objectives and specific customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes managing contract additions, deletions, updates, and uploads.
• Assist in the upkeep of supplier product files and analyse the impact of changes to terms, such as adding new products to catalogues and updating product details.
• Support the management of print solution contracts through detailed reporting and administration.
• Code new customer proposals to our product file, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle purchasing administration tasks including backorder cancellation, product swaps, rejected orders, proactive backorder replacements, and supplier order acknowledgements.
• Generate and present reports and recommendations tailored to customer needs.

• High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience working to deadlines, using initiative, and prioritising workload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and handle customer queries proficiently.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs.
