Job Description - Commercial Administrator

A distribution company based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting a Commercial Administrator to join their team.

Working for a well-established privately-run business, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

  • Collating and setting up new orders
  • Administering survey packs for site measures
  • Calculating approximate material quantities
  • Producing job packs
  • Checking voicemail and distributing messages to the relevant team
  • Supporting the Commercial Director with other ad hoc administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience. Proficiency on Microsoft Word is also essential.
