We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our fantastic Southern Commercial team and play a key role in providing support to a busy Commercial department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails
* Answering calls from subcontractors / suppliers / employees
* Dealing with calls from regions and requesting information from them and chasing for responses
* Assisting with preparation of information for tender packages.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
* Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
* Must be approachable and have a can do attitude
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
