Commercial Agent - Property

My client are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Agent to join a respected and growing property team based in Moreton-in-Marsh. The role offers the opportunity not only to manage a varied commercial portfolio but also, for the right person, to lead and build the commercial division over time.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in:

• Securing new business and instructions

• Selling and letting a range of commercial properties

• Providing expert advice to clients across multiple sectors

• Delivering first-class customer service and client care

• Actively seeking and developing new opportunities

• Building and nurturing strong local relationships

What We're Looking For

• A qualified property professional (MRICS or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a similar commercial property role

• Strong local market knowledge or willingness to build it quickly

• A client-focused mindset with a consultative, proactive approach

• High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

• Tenacity, ambition, and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding results
