London / South East (Mobile Role) ?? Pareto FM – Specialist Services Team ?? £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + Package Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team. This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East. You’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment. The Role You’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding Completing quoted works and small installation projects Working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUs Reporting completed works and highlighting follow-on requirements Maintaining high standards of workmanship and client interaction Working safely and in line with company procedures and compliance standards Team & Support Structure You’ll be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day-to-day support from the AC Supervisor and office team. Engineers typically work independently on day-to-day jobs but regularly support each other on larger installs, project works, and complex faults. Communication across the team is strong, with regular contact and job management through Simpro CAFM. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are actively encouraged across the engineering team.
