Commercial analyst

Do you have a passion for sports business and a talent for data analysis? The Executives in Sport Group are searching for a talented Commercial Analyst to join the Birmingham City Football Club team.

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in driving commercial success by transforming data into actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making.

The Impact You'll Make: Analyse data from sponsorships, partnerships, hospitality, advertising, and more.

Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.

Identify trends and opportunities to maximise revenue across commercial channels.

Build financial models to forecast revenue and evaluate commercial initiatives.

Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute winning strategies.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a similar field (Master's preferred).

Some experience in financial/business analysis or commercial analytics.

Experience in the sports or entertainment industry a plus.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

A Passion for the Beautiful Game (Optional): Understanding of the sports industry, particularly commercial operations.

Passion for football and knowledge of fan behaviour and preferences.
