Commercial and Contract Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Contract Support person based in Southampton to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis.

Summary of the Commercial and Contract Support role

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Southampton
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37 hours, Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pn, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities of theCommercial and Contract Support

• Generate proposals and tender responses and process sales concessions.
• Draft and customise contracts.
• Making contract changes during the negotiation process.
• Contract amendments, side letters and reports.
• Coordinate the approval processes for proposals and contracts using SAP and SharePoint.

Requirements for a successful Commercial and Contract Support

• Degree qualification within a related field.
• Experience generating commercial proposals and drafting contracts.
• Comfortable liaising with senior managers.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.
• High attention to detail.
