We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Property team, providing secretarial and administrative support across both Commercial and Residential Property matters.

Working closely with fee earners, you will play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team. Preparing, formatting and processing legal documentation and correspondence. Opening, maintaining and closing client files. Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties. Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. Assisting fee earners with residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages. Requesting and monitoring searches, property information and supporting documentation. Assisting with exchange and completion matters. Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems. Monitoring key dates, deadlines and outstanding matters. Supporting post-completion administration where required. Providing timely updates to clients and ensuring a high standard of service. Assisting with general administrative duties across the department.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Property department. Strong understanding of residential and commercial property transactions. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Professional and personable approach to client service. Good IT and case management system skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.This role would suit an individual who enjoys working within a fast-paced property environment and takes pride in providing reliable support to both fee earners and clients.
