Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
Location: Enfield(Inner M25)

Role Overview:

This position offers an excellent work-life balance within a UKAS-accredited Asbestos Consultancy in the Inner M25. The role involves surveying commercial sites across London, the Essex, and occasionally beyond.

Qualifications:

• Required: BOHS P402 certification (additional qualifications are advantageous)
• Experience: 1-4 years (salary dependent on experience)
• License: Full UK driving license
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities:

• Identify asbestos-containing materials
• Assess asbestos-related risks
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Produce accurate, concise reports
• Adhere to deadlines
• Stay informed on industry guidelines
