COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE - DIGITAL/DATA - EDINBURGH

Leading Global firm is looking for

a commercial lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and experience in sectors like retail, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, digital, or health.

Team Details:
National team with a strong Scottish base.
Work includes IP protection, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, SaaS, cloud arrangements, and commercial contracts.
Work Location:
Based in Edinburgh office with flexible, hybrid working (office and home).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage own workload with support.
Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts.
Handle transactions in IT, data protection, and IP issues.
