Title: Commercial Banking Manager - Real Estate Finance
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A fast-growing, people-focused UK bank is hiring a Commercial Banking Manager to join their expanding Real Estate Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, lead transactions in the £5-10m range, and help build the bank's external profile in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a CRE portfolio across residential, mixed-use, and commercial property
Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers and Analysts
Originate new deals and structure credit proposals for complex clients
Liaise across internal teams to ensure efficient, compliant delivery
Represent the bank externally with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong background in commercial property lending across asset types
Experience managing mid-sized transactions (£5-10m)
Skilled in credit writing, risk management, and deal structuring
Effective leader and communicator with a customer-first mindset
Proven experience building and managing internal and external relationships
