Rí-Rá Irish Lager is Irish owned and locally brewed in Kilcoole Co Wicklow. The beer brand is new to the market and is quickly making a name for itself as a brilliant alternative to mainstream international lagers with its award-winning premium, light & fresh beer. Based in North County Wicklow, Rí-Rá as a brand celebrates with joy and banter a brilliant sense of modern Irish identity.
The Brewery is a 3 vessel, 35 Hec Brewhouse with 10 fermentation vessels, with kegging and packaging produced in house. There is a brilliantly dynamic team culture here at the brewery. A culture of creativity,

The Role
Commercial & Brand Ambassador: Belfast
Rí-Rá Irish Lager is a culture led brand and proving to be a big hit with younger consumers (18-25 years old). Our disruptive approach to brand building and our progressive approach to pricing (premium quality at fair value) is helping fuel rapid expansion in distribution and rate of sale on the brand. Following a very successful soft launch in Belfast we are now excited to roll out at scale and are expanding our team with a new role of Commercial and Brand Ambassador.
The purpose of this role is to lead brand and commercial representative for Rí-Rá Irish Lager in Belfast and across the North.
Responsibilities include:
•\tIn store sales ambassador calls winning new business in culture and trend leading bars and off licences.
•\tWork in partnership with the sales team to ensure brilliant execution of Rí-Rá Irish Lager visibility and promotions.
•\tBuild outstanding relationships with commercial and cultural partners.
•\tBe the face of the brand at events and sponsorships.
•\tIn partnership with the brand team explore and execute new brand collaborations and media/ partnerships.

We’re looking for a strong leader that inspires followership, is a great problem solver, has a positive growth mindset with a sleeves rolled up attitude, is passionately obsessed with winning , and a team player that can work in partnership with all areas of the business including any external partners.
This role will have great support from across the team in marketing, sales, finance and logistics and there is significant scope for the incumbent to shape and lead the role to scale for the future with lots of autonomy. Therefore, this role will suit a highly motivated, passionate, creative self-starter.

Desired qualifications
•\tBeer Industry Experience.
•\tExperience in lifestyle brand. FMCG or beer role, general commercial experience, Customer marketing.
•\tNinja status in relationship management.
