Commercial Account Broker - Glasgow - Hybrid - Up to £40,000

This is a role for an experienced broker who wants to work somewhere that combines a strong commercial client base with a forward-thinking, supportive culture. You'll handle new business, service existing accounts and manage renewals - with the autonomy to build real relationships and make a genuine impact.

Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Glasgow
Working pattern: Hybrid

What you'll be doing

Supporting commercial clients with new business opportunities, renewals and day-to-day servicing
Building and developing strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Delivering tailored advice and exceptional service at every touchpoint
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements throughout
Contributing to company targets and objectives as a key part of the teamWhat they're looking for

A background in a commercial broking or account handling role
Strong understanding of core insurance principles
Confident communicator - written, verbal and client-facing
Commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask
