Commercial Building Surveyor – North West £45,000–£65,000

I’m currently working with an established property and building consultancy across the North West, who are looking to appoint experienced Commercial Building Surveyors at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.

• Commercial Building Surveys • Technical Due Diligence (TDD) • Dilapidations • Schedules of Condition • Contract Administration • Project Management • Refurbishment & Fit-Out • Defect Diagnosis • Planned & Lifecycle Maintenance • Landlord & Tenant Building Consultancy

You'll work with a range of commercial property owners, investors, landlords and occupiers, advising on the technical condition and future requirements of their property portfolios.

Who I'm looking to speak with

MRICS / FRICS Building Surveyors with commercial consultancy experience, although I'll also consider strong candidates working towards chartership.

Salary & package

£45,000–£65,000+ basic salary, depending on experience and level, with senior/Associate opportunities potentially exceeding this.
