Are you a multi-disciplined claims professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a forward-thinking insurance broker and due to increased investment and expansion, they’re now looking for a Claims Executive to join their fast-growing Manchester team. This is not your typical broking environment. The team operates from a vibrant, modern office with an open-plan layout that encourages collaboration across departments.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining a specialist team handling commercial claims across multiple lines of business. These include SME, corporate, wholesale, high net worth (HNW) and more niche areas like entertainment and sport, where the firm is a recognised market leader. Experience in entertainment or sport-related insurance claims would be a major advantage.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work across the full claims lifecycle, including:

• Liaising directly with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties
• Investigating policy liability and advising clients throughout the process
• Supporting corporate clients and high-profile accounts with complex, multi-line claims
• Servicing, chasing, and progressing claims efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience
• Potential for client site visits to assist with FNOL and claims strategy

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with solid experience handling commercial insurance claims, ideally with exposure to multiple classes. Candidates from either a claims broking or insurer background will be considered, provided you have relevant commercial claims experience.
You should be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships and be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your own caseload. Experience in entertainment, sport, or high net worth claims is highly desirable, as is a background working directly with insurers, brokers, and clients. You’ll benefit from working in a truly collaborative and modern environment and have the chance to be part of a growing regional success story with strong national ambitions.
