What you'll do as Commercial Claims Handler:

• Manage and progress claims for a range of commercial and professional clients across different sectors
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and colleagues to keep claims moving and resolve issues promptly
• Keep clients informed, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance and attention to detail
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on service quality and client retention
