Job Description - Commercial Client Partner

You will have the opportunity to manage the region's largest, high-growth contracts and nurture and grow a client-base from the world's largest multinational businesses. Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at a senior level with customers and internally Significant experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts Demonstrable knowledge of Commercial Contractual issues affecting global bids and their impact on VBI Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and can demonstrate an ability to deliver though others You will manage the commercial relationship with one/two of VBI largest strategic accounts managing contracts with combined revenue up to €20M pa. Accountable for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI. Accountable for execution of all of VBI's commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract Seen by customer and VBI leadership as strategic advisor to key stakeholders. Produce internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and recommendations on how to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition. Manage senior stakeholders (up to C Level) in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations) Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos' organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts Support contract negotiations during renewals or strategic acquisition opportunities.
