About the Role:
You'll be responsible for underwriting new business, renewals, and MTAs across a portfolio of Commercial Combined, Property Owners, and Unoccupied SME risks. The focus of the role is to provide high-quality service to broker partners and maintaining strong technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Underwrite and quote for Commercial Combined, Property Owners, and Unoccupied SME risks
- Manage new business, renewals, and MTAs in line with underwriting authority
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing brokers
- Negotiate pricing and terms in a competitive and professional manner
- Work closely with brokers to develop business and support cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the IT team to support system enhancements and product testing

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial/SME insurance underwriting
- Proven ability to underwrite risks up to £10m sum insured
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
