The Role: As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing a warm desk, working with a number of established client relationships and candidates. You will take ownership of recruitment processes across a variety of sectors, from initial client meetings to placement and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a recruitment background looking for a role with autonomy and plenty of room for personal growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a warm desk, working with existing clients and building new business
• Build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners
• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting
• Provide expert recruitment advice to both clients and candidates
• Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in other sectors to share knowledge and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (commercial recruitment preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, but equally comfortable in a team environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
