Job Description - Commercial Contracts & Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Contract and Proposal Specialist to join our Logistics vertical within the Commercial department. This role will support the commercial execution, working across internal teams to build high-quality customer proposals, manage contract processes, and contribute to key tender submissions.
As part of the commercial team, you will work closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, and legal to help shape, package, and deliver client facing documentation. You will contribute to the broader success of VEV’s logistics vertical by supporting proposal generation, pitch presentation, and pipeline reporting.  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high quality, tailored customer proposals.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Review customer contracts, summarise key terms, flag risks, liaise with internal legal counsel to support in negotiation processes.
  • Build professional, on-brand pitch decks for customer presentations.
  • Produce and maintain a monthly logistics pipeline progress report with key commercial insights.
  • Experienced in commercial, consultancy or business operations environment (2-4 years).
  • Confident working with contracts and commercial documentation.
  • Highly organised, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiar with e-mobility or EV infrastructure (beneficial but not essential)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM/project tools experience is a plus.
