THE ROLE:
• You will work closely with fee earners to ensure they have up-to-date, high-quality resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Creating and maintaining know-how, templates, and precedents for complex commercial contracts and IT & technology matters.
• Assisting with training and knowledge-sharing across the commercial team.
• Supporting the team on large-scale, national, and cross-border projects.
• Reviewing, developing, and maintaining the team’s systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Providing valuable input on legal developments and market trends to keep the team at the forefront of their practice areas.
• This is an intellectually challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to continue using your expertise in commercial contracts while making a significant contribution to the firm’s technical excellence.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with 5+ years PQE in commercial contracts, IT, or technology law.
• Proven expertise in Complex Contracts and/or IT & Tech sectors.
• A passion for knowledge-sharing, legal innovation, and developing internal systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with fee-earners and other team members.
• An ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative and approachable manner with a drive to add value to the team.
