Commercial Controller – Basingstoke (Hybrid)
£60,000 + Benefits | Global Business | 2 Days in Office

A leading global business is looking for a commercially focused, analytically minded Commercial Controller to join their finance team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to play a key role in driving performance and strategic decision-making.

This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the office and flexibility around home working.

• Partner with key commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge

• Analyse performance across product lines, regions, and business units to support commercial decisions

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Track and report on key KPIs, revenue, and margin performance

• Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and investment decisions

• Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent

• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight

• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

• Experience working in a fast-paced or international business is a plus

• £60,000 salary + benefits
