Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple live projects
• Agree and oversee payment schedules and plans
• Assist in the commercial set-up of contractual agreements
• Ensure cash flow is maximised through effective payment management
• Maintain accurate contract administration and produce financial reports
• Source and manage subcontractor payments and agreements

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a commercial role, such as Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Procurement
• Strong understanding of payment management and commercial agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a project-driven environment
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities
