Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 DOE

About the Role:
As a Commercial Conveyancer, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic property team, handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. From acquisitions and disposals to leases and development work, you’ll manage every step with precision and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents.
• Liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
• Provide exceptional client service with clear, proactive communication.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure compliance with legal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with experience in commercial property with at least 3 years PQE.
• Proven track record of handling a varied and complex caseload.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and a passion for property law.
