We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Farnborough. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance remote work with office-based responsibilities, providing expert legal services in commercial property transactions.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a variety of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial conveyancing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of client service.
