Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus £2,500 bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent

A newly created role to join the commercial & buying team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Commercial Coordinator to support both the Buying and Commercial Managers in a multi-site growing FMCG business. You'll play a key part in reviewing and improving admin processes, keeping pricing up to date, supporting customer enquiries, and helping maintain accurate records across the board.

It's a varied role with lots of exposure to different parts of the business - buying, sales, commercial, finance - so you'll need to be well-organised, good with numbers, and confident using Excel and internal systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pricing, quoting, and enquiry processes
• Maintaining stock and bespoke item records
• Keeping customer and supplier agreements up to date
• Tracking and logging quotations in the CRM
• Helping prepare monthly sales and margin reports
• Supporting commission invoices and supplier payments
• Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, and Operations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in commercial, buying, or supply chain admin
• Strong attention to detail and confident with spreadsheets
• Comfortable working across teams and juggling multiple priorities
• A hands-on, positive attitude and willingness to learn
